- Excellent Heat resistance, continuous temperatures up to aprox. 800° C Shot term temperatures up to approx. 900° C
- Non combustible
- No ageing at high temperatures
- Can be used for very high operating pressures
- High compressibility and good adaptability; also suitable for use in existing plants

- Asbestos-free, physically harmless, disposable at domestic refuse dumps
